Step 1: Setting your goal/ Looking at your problem
It is very important to be sure and precise with what you really want.
We will take some time to explore this together and making sure that your goal is clear and really positive without any ambiguities and so attractive that it creates its own pull for you.
Step 2: Motivation and Benefits
We, as human beings always want to move away from pain and into pleasure, that’s a natural instinct. We need to identify all the benefits that your change will bring for you and for others around you too. Every change you make will have an effect on the lives of yourself and others.
We will look at the knock on effect the change will have on you and the people around you.
Step 3: What has been holding you back
Something obviously is holding you back to make the wanted change. Blocks can be comprised of limiting thoughts, negative beliefs, old emotional residue, physical trauma or any uncleared fear. Luckily the in hypnosis the subconscious mind cannot only locate these blocks, but remove them quickly and easily. This is something you simply are not able to do with your conscious mind only.
Hypnosis is a deeply relaxed, yet super focused state, which we enter naturally a couple of times per day, for example driving long distance on a motorway. It is a very pleasurable state in which the subconscious mind is open to new ideas and suggestions to facilitate changes. During the relaxed trance-like state of hypnosis, breathing becomes slower and deeper, the pulse rate drops and the metabolic rate falls. Similar to meditation, but more directed.
Step 4: Create a brighter future
After having visualised your goals and beneficial changes you want to achieve and have removed any blocks holding you back in hypnosis you are ready to enjoy life more and go out to create how you really want to live. As your subconscious mind (90% of your mental capacity!) is working in sync with the changes you consciously want to make, change will happen easily, effectively and long lasting.
